1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of Aimferno and its features, including aim training, runs, replays, leaderboards, comments, likes and duels.

Aimferno is intended for private users. Individual features may change, be limited or become temporarily unavailable.

2. Registration and Account

Some features, especially saving runs, replays, duels, comments and likes, require a user account. Registration details must be accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Account sharing is not intended.

Accounts may be suspended or deleted if there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, manipulation or a violation of these terms.

3. Use of Aimferno

Aimferno is a browser-based training and competition tool. Scores, reaction times, efficiency values and leaderboard ranks are used for comparison within the platform.

Technical differences such as screen size, mouse, DPI, browser, input devices or system performance may affect the playing experience.

4. Fair Play and Manipulation

Bots, macros, scripts, automated input, manipulated requests, altered replay data or other interference with the game and scoring logic are not allowed.

Runs, replays, comments or accounts may be removed if they are clearly incorrect, no longer needed, violate fair play or negatively affect the platform.

Leaderboards may be cleaned up to remove incorrect or manipulated results.

5. Replays, Comments and Content

Saved replays may be shown publicly within the platform. This may include player name, map, difficulty, score, reaction values, mouse path, click data, likes, views and comments.

Users must not publish illegal, offensive, discriminatory, promotional or otherwise inappropriate content in comments or profile information.

Content may be removed if it violates these terms or is no longer needed for technical or organizational reasons.

6. Duels and Competitions

Duels are direct comparisons between users on the same map and difficulty. Aimferno determines the result based on saved gameplay and score data.

There is no entitlement to a specific rank, XP, level or permanent storage of a duel result.

7. Availability and Changes

Aimferno may be developed, changed, limited or temporarily disabled at any time, especially for maintenance, bug fixes, security measures or gameplay adjustments.

Scores, rules, maps, difficulties, scoring logic and leaderboards may be adjusted when needed for fairness, stability or further development of the platform.

8. Liability

Aimferno is provided without a guarantee of permanent availability, error-free operation or specific training results.

Liability is governed by applicable law. For simple negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damages.

9. Privacy

When using Aimferno, technical and usage-related data may be processed, including account data, saved runs, replay data, comments, likes and IP-related security data.
